Projection Mapper
A Windows program that turns a projector into a house-decorating machine. Point it at the front of the house and it puts Halloween or Christmas animations onto the windows, door, garage door, roofline and trees, with each window cut out so nothing spills over.

Needs Microsoft Edge or Google Chrome (already on Windows 10/11). An Nvidia GPU accelerates it; it works on CPU too. Windows may say "Windows protected your PC" because the program is new: click "More info", then "Run anyway".

Quick start
- Double-click ProjectionMapper.exe. A control window opens on the laptop.
- Plug in the projector, press Win + P and choose Extend.
- Step 1: pick the projector and click "Open on projector", then "Test pattern".
- Step 2: click "Demo house", then Step 6: "Halloween preset" or "Christmas preset".
- For your real house, calibrate with a webcam or a photo. The README has the full steps.
Status: built and browser-tested. The first real hardware run (Windows EXE, webcam/projector calibration, drift correction) is still pending, so expect rough edges.
Not a Quest app. This runs on a Windows laptop with a projector.
