The full-team audit build (0.96.0) plus every finding from two independent
review reruns (0.96.1-0.96.3). All free, all on your PC, zero paid AI
calls. 0.96.0 was only briefly live overnight and quickly superseded -
if your app auto-updated in that window and you ran a scan on it, re-scan
once with 0.96.3 and the old-file worries are gone.

Everything in 0.96.1 and 0.96.2, plus:
- Old-format scan files now skip their fine-detail plane UNCONDITIONALLY
  (a loader ordering bug let it back in when the corruption happened to
  look mild - caught by the reviewer's last regression test).

The headline features since 0.95.0:
- Smarter scans: 5 shots per pattern, waits for the camera to settle,
  re-shoots itself when noisy, optional fine-detail pass (experimental).
- The measured scan shapes the show: holes stay dark, every surface
  follows the measurement, at any preview size, and a fresh scan reaches
  the show immediately.
- House scan: click the wall's four corners to place it; measured regions
  become surfaces you approve.
- Honest calibration: accuracy measured against dots the fit never saw;
  degenerate fits refused; versioned, crash-safe calibration files.
- Camera hang fixes; backups and PyTorch repair made safe.

TESTED: 237 synthetic tests green, race detector clean, including the
reviewer's complete reproduction set (persistence, migration, warping,
races, publication).
UNTESTED (your rig): real-projector fine pass, 4-click House-scan
placement, the scan-shaped show on your wall. Verify the scan
before/after is the ground truth.
