3. Line up with the projector
Webcam (automatic): the projector flashes dots, the webcam finds them. Best done at dusk. No webcam: use Manual photo alignment and drag the 4 corners until the picture lines up with the real house.

Finds walls, windows, doors, garage, roofline, trees, lawn. Fix anything it gets wrong by hand.

Every few seconds the projector briefly shows reference dots; the webcam measures how far the picture has drifted (bumped projector, tripod sag) and shifts the whole show back. Keep the webcam fixed.
